1.     DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
No. All good sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Coco Onya reserves the right to refuse all returns.In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.


2.    I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?
Relax take a deep breath!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Just send us a photo of the defective or incorrect item(s) together with your invoice to admin@thecocoonya.com
